Fantastic service. So glad I found them and was able to use them for my 20th wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond. VIP service, even on a Sunday. I am very thankful. Highly recommended.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day to be delivered to Disney and…WOW! The arrangement was spectacular and very reasonably priced. I 100% recommend the Blooming Garden.

My daughter went to Florida to be with her step dad and step mom for April Vacation and happened to turn 16. I called on Saturday from New Hamphshire 2 hours after normal business hours (the shop closed at 2pm). They were closed on Sunday. I did not know that it was after hours until after the call was completed at the time. Gonzalez answered not with "sorry we are closed" but he asked what he could do for me. He continued to help me with my order until 7pm! Monday was my daughter's birthday so if it wasn't for him answering, I may not have been able to get those beautiful flowers and pristine service. I got a call from my daughter's step mom saying that they had plans for Monday for her birthday so I asked Gonzalez if we could change the deliver to Tuesday. He so kindly obliged! He was kind, friendly, personable, and so easy to reach. He made my daughter's day! The flowers were stunning! He even sent me pictures of the example of the bouquet, when they were put together, and as they reached my daughter's arms! Thank you so much for making this experience so easy and unforgettable! I recently used The blooming garden company to give my mom birthday flower, and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. The arrangement was absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant flowers put together with such care and creativity. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The delivery was right on time, and they even sent me a text message/photo once it was delievered. My mom loved the arrangement. I'll definitely be coming back for future orders!

I called from out of state. I found what I wanted on their website and needed to talk to someone vs placing my order online. I left a message and promptly received a call. I was able to change up the order to some different colors and types of flowers without changing the theme of the arrangement. I was notified when the arrangement was finished and ready for delivery as well as photos. I was also contacted when delivery was complete including the name of the person who accepted delivery and a photo of their house number. The arrangement was perfect! Customer service was congenial, efficient and professional. What a relief for this out of state mom ordering birthday flowers for her daughter. Absolutely will use them again!
